We make and sale hot sauce and other spicy food products in Oxford, MS. Our peppers are grown a few miles away in Abbeville, MS. Our company is veteran-owned and consists of Aaron Harris, Emmy Parkes, Joe Congleton, and Andy Zamora. We share a commercial kitchen with Little Easy Catering and Soul2Soul Food Truck. Additionally we enjoy giving back to the community by supporting nonprofits that help feed children with food insecurity.

At Wildfire in Wonderland, we aim to provide some of these authentic flavors with the heat some might expect, as well as heat that surpasses anyone’s expectations, regardless of cuisine. We focus on Louisiana-style hot sauce made with champagne vinegar and other all-natural ingredients.
