We are the Havards, native Mississippians raised where the river meets the sea. My wife and I are raising two salty boys who spend their days fishing, crabbing and exploring coastal Mississippi waters. Our best days are when we're together as a family on the water, so in 2019, we started Two Crackers Oyster Company, a family owned and operated off-bottom oyster aquaculture business. Our Oysters are nurtured in the rich waters surrounding Deer Island in the Mississippi sound, where we raise them from the size of a pencil eraser to the size on your plate.
