Grilled and Fried Foods was built from a passion for cooking, family traditions, and the desire to reconnect the next generation with where food comes from. Founder Patrick Kincaid grew up helping his parents grow and prepare food, and he wanted to pass those values on to his own children. What started as a love for creating flavorful meals grew into a deeper mission after a conversation with a health inspector inspired Patrick to begin growing his own vegetables for his recipes. Today, Grilled and Fried Foods combines fresh ingredients, homegrown values, and Mississippi pride to create delicious food while teaching younger generations the importance of agriculture, hard work, and self-sustainability in a technology-driven world.

What Makes Our Products Great?

What makes our products great is the care, sustainability, and purpose behind everything we grow and create. On our 12-acre property near the river, we focus on environmentally conscious farming practices that work with nature instead of against it. By encouraging natural pollination from bees and other wildlife and limiting the use of pesticides, we are able to grow healthier products while protecting the land for future generations. We also practice cover cropping to naturally enrich and fertilize the soil, helping us maintain healthy gardens in a sustainable way. Every product reflects our belief that good food starts with healthy land and responsible farming practices. Beyond the products themselves, our mission is about reconnecting families with agriculture and teaching younger generations the importance of knowing where their food comes from.
