All of our Gourmet items are made fresh in house daily. We aim to provide specialty meats like you’ve never had before and don’t just take our word for it; come by and taste the difference! We are known for our Gourmet Stuffed Burgers which are available in over (9) different flavors, our house made Smoked Sausages, Deli Meats, Beef Jerky, and homemade Fudge! We serve lunch daily from 11-1PM and are always coming up with something NEW to keep our customers coming back for more. Come see us, we’re OPEN Tuesday-Saturday from 10-6PM.

We are proud to offer local farm raised Beef, Pork, Chicken, and Lamb in store daily. We get all of our meat in fresh (never frozen) and use these items to create all of our Gourmet items that you won’t find anywhere else. Our most popular house made item is our Beef Jerky (Knight Jerky) which is made in small batches daily. This Mississippi made item will ruin you for all those other store brought jerky’s and we consider it to be one of Mississippi’s best made items!
