In 1976 our family opened The Crown restaurant inside our English antique shop in Indianola MS. All of the products we produce now, including our Smoked Catfish Pate, originated in The Crown's kitchen. In 1989, we began marketing Taste of Gourmet with our Pate, Mississippi Delta Fudge Pie, Bayou Beer Bread and Southern Praline Pie. Now we produce over 40 delicious products at our plant in Indianola, all created to make our customer's meal preparation simple and so delicious! Our family takes pride in our products and feels a close bond with our customers some of whom send notes on line, talk to us on the phone and come into The Crown in downtown Indianola to visit with us. What Makes Our Products Great?

Antique Mall Ltd. and Crown Foods, the parent company, began adding new products to our Taste of Gourmet line in 1989. We are extremely proud of our products, created and produced in our own facility in Indianola, Mississippi in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. The Crown Restaurant in downtown Indianola has always been the inspiration and the testing or Tasting ground for all of our delicious products from our Smoked Catfish Pate and Mississippi Delta Fudge Pie to the Jezebel Sauce we serve with the Royal Beef Sandwich!
