Founded as Shivers Sourdough, Sunshine Baking Co. has grown from handcrafted sourdough bread into a boutique line of healthy granola, baked goods, and Southern-inspired macarons. Owner Sandra Shivers is a school teacher from a long line of bakers who believe the kitchen is the heart of the home. Lovingly nicknamed “Sunshine” by her grandfather, Pap, Sandra created Sunshine Baking Co. to honor family traditions while sharing homemade treats made with care, comfort, and a touch of Southern charm.
