This business was started by my father-in-law, Abe Dehbozorgi, and upon his death a few years ago we took over in his place. If you are looking for a great seasoned breading look no further. It is great for fish, vegetables, and even shrimp. Everything fries up a crispy golden brown. There is no need to add any other seasonings as it is perfect just the way it is. In fact there are 16 herbs and spices that blend together to make the perfect breading. Once you try it you will never use anything else.

What Makes Our Products Great?

My father-in-law was in the restaurant business for many years before creating his own version of a fish breading. This was something he had always dreamed of and was able to fulfill that dream after retiring . It took him awhile to perfect the right blend of spices but eventually he succeeded. He started out putting it in stores in north Ms. and had it in every Jitney Jungle store before they went out of business. He was known throughout the state as Mr. Abe and was welcomed with open arms. Upon his death a few years ago we took over the business and have expanded it into many more stores but it is still carried in most of the original stores he started with in 1987. Hunters from out of state come through and buy cases of it while passing through going to deer camp. So far it is only distributed in stores in Mississippi but we hope to be able to get it in other nearby states in the not too distant future. This product is unlike anything else on the market .
