Sandy Run Farms started out with Tim coming back to the farm to run the business years ago. Back then, Sandy Run was a wholesale nursery business but over time the farm has completely changed. We got out of the nursery business and the hay business and started a grinding business which is still a viable business. We started growing blueberries and selling commercially in 1986. About 15 years ago we realized that the community around us and the location of the farm would provide an opportunity to start a U-pick as well. At the time we decided to add blackberries, peaches, and persimmons. We added pumpkins about 2 years ago. Over the 15 years, we have added to the U-pick to make our farm an experience for the entire family.

Our products are great because they are local. We have been doing this so long, we care about what we are doing and the products that we have. We put a lot of hard work and attention into this.
