Salad Days is a hydroponic farm located in Flora, MS. We grow a variety of lettuces year-around in an 18,000 sq ft greenhouse without the use of harmful chemicals and pesticides. We supply grocery stores and numerous restaurants in the Jackson metro area, New Orleans and beyond.
