I am a mother of three and a registered nurse in the Children’s Emergency Department at UMMC. I began baking sourdough when my third child was born, focusing on wholesome, preservative-free options for my family, and have since expanded to serve the community. My goal is to create baked goods that balance great taste with meaningful nutritional value, using simple, high-quality ingredients. I offer a range of sourdough items—including breads, muffins, and cookies—crafted with care and consistency.
