As a mother, I want what’s best for my children. It wasn’t until several months ago I started to change my eating habits (and my children’s) and quit processed food all together. One thing about me is I will never cut out bread of any sort. Give me all the bread!!! I knew the typical store bought flour was processed, but it wasn’t until I did my research that I realized how bad it actually was. One thing led to another and now I mill my own flour everyday for baking. I honestly didn’t even know what REAL flour tasted like until now… so much better! What started as a personal journey has become a passion. Today, I’m dedicated to helping others discover the difference fresh milled flour can make, sharing its nutritional benefits and why it’s a healthier alternative to traditional store-bought flour.
