Morris Hodges was raised in Mound Bayou, a degree in Electrical Engineering at Mississippi Valley State University and UCLA Extension. He has worked in motion picture filming, editing and production all over the US. After being diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and surviving he retired to move home to send time with children and grandchildren. The farm is the Morris old home place the was owned by Morris' grandparents. He is a 4th generation farmer. He remembers eating watermelons as a child in those fields until he couldn't eat anymore.

What Makes Our Products Great?

It's fresh! It has not been transported all over or stored for weeks. It is literally from the dirt to the consumer.

What makes us most proud of producing Genuine MS products?

I can remember my parents and grandparents farming and my wanting to be out helping. I am proud to be growing the same quality product that they grew. It takes me back to the times as a child and eating those sweet fruits. I am blessed to be growing from the same dirt that my family worked on to start a life here and pass down to me and my success.
