Throughout my life, I’ve had the great fortune to work with some truly inspiring dog trainers, meeting many influential and creative individuals along the way. What started out as a few pets has turned into a rewarding adventure. Our pets and puppies are the best therapy. My journey in dog breeding started when I was a child. My father's hobby was training field trial dogs. His passion grew into Field Champion and Amateur Field Champion, winning many accreditations and awards. As my parents aged, I was able to see the value these animals added to their lives. Watching them becoming empty-nesters, grandparents and move into their elder years and develop a love for their pets provided an opportunity to learn that a person’s pet is their companion. I come from and long line of providing a quality pet that is intelligent, "bred for excellence" in health and performance. Our specialty at Mississippi Poodles, Doodles and Giants consists of Giant Schnauzers, Standard Poodles, and some Doodle breeds.

Breeders that participate in the AKC Bred with H.E.A.R.T. program pledge to uphold the program values of health, education, accountability, responsibility, and tradition. HEALTH: You certify that your breeding stock is health tested in accordance with the recommendations of their breed EDUCATION: Promising that you will pursue AKC-provided or AKC-approved continuing breeder education so that you stay educated on the best breeding practices, including advances in canine health. ACCOUNTABILITY: Agreeing to comply with the AKC Care and Conditions Policy, including inspections by the AKC, and promising to share health testing and continuing education documentation with AKC. RESPONSIBILITY: Accepting responsibility for the health and well-being of the puppies you produce and for complying with all laws regarding the ownership and maintenance of dogs. TRADITION: Upholding the AKC’s tradition of breeding purebred dogs that are happy and healthy.
