We grow grass fed and grass finished (just grass-no grain) beef and lamb as well as pastured pork. Animals are raised free range with no added hormones, no pesticides or herbicides used on pastures.

Grass fed meat is higher in nutrients than grain fed meats, is high in vitamin A, E, beta carotene, alpha-omega fats (the good fats) and low in saturated fats (the bad fats).
