Hi, my name is Kathy Rickles. I solely own and operate High Hill Ranch, which is a Grade A goat dairy. Being only one of two registered Grade A dairies in the state of MS is an honor that I hold dearly. I sell milk, cheese, soap and lotions from the goat milk. I attend numerous farmers markets and festivals through out central MS. I make eight different kinds of soap and five kinds of lotions which each has a purpose that includes essential oils such as teatree, peppermint, spearmint, patchouli, honey/oatmeal, lavender/Rosemary, lemongrass and unscented. Goat's milk is easier to digest than cow's milk being that it is naturally homogenized. It has less sugar and fat than cow's milk and offers antibodies that cow milk does not have. It is also a great source of protein. Many people who are allergic to cow's milk usually can drink goats milk. Goat's milk has a pH level similar to humans; therefore it's very soothing and healing to our skin. All of my products are made right on the farm since I have the goats and milk them on site.
