My name is Ryan Cash. I live with my wife and son in Brandon, Mississippi. I am the owner/operator of HandForged by Ryan. I forge knives and some small tools and I do all the necessary leatherwork for sheaths etc. I started making knives as a kid because I loved knives and I enjoyed making things with metal. I’ve been making knives in one form or another, since I was about fourteen, more than twenty-five years ago. I got my first coal forge and anvil in my late teens and I’ve been perfecting my art ever since. I started selling my work in 2022

I work each piece by hand and no two pieces are identical. My customers enjoy having a handmade knife that is unique as well as a useful tool. I offer full custom work for individuals who want work done to their specifications. I try to keep my costs such that I can offer quality work at an affordable price.

I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and picked up knife making at a young age. Mississippi has some of the most creative and resourceful people anywhere and I love sharing my work with anyone interested.
