However, obtaining the care, information, and resources I needed often required me to travel outside of Mississippi. During that journey, I became more intentional about the products I used and began researching ingredients, herbs, and wellness practices for myself. What I discovered was that many products marketed as “natural” were not always as natural as I expected. That realization inspired me to learn more, become a certified herbalist, and begin creating my own products from scratch using thoughtfully selected ingredients. What started as a personal pursuit grew into ETYMOLOGY: YOU. Today, I am proud to create products in Mississippi that reflect the values of transparency, intentionality, and quality.
