Originally, I started out at blacksmithing and really enjoyed it. At one of our conferences we had a guy that worked with copper. Since blacksmithing has to take a good portion of the summer off (for me because of the heat) I started tinkering around with copper. The look and feel of copper was very pleasing to me. The more I worked with it, the more I liked it. As I became better at it I started to sell pieces and take classes to increase my proficiency. Now I have worked with copper for 25 years and I still love it. When I had a real job, I could have a tough day I could go to my shop and work awhile and really relax. I thank God for the little talent I have and for being with me every step of the way.

I make all my products by hand using 99% pure copper. Almost everything I make can be personalized if desired.

As a life long citizen of MS , I am blessed to be a part of representing my home state. In making and selling my products, I get to talk to people from all walks of life and be a small part of showing what a great place our little corner of the world is.

Mississippi has been my home for most of my life. I was born here. The older I get and the more I make new friends here, the more I love it. Commissioner Gipson has done so much for our state.
