Our business started as a hobby. I started selling muscadine jelly in Los Angeles to friends and family. I moved later to Mobile and the hobby turned me a profit. When I moved to Memphis, I started selling to restaurants. I sold cakes, pies, and cobblers to over five restaurants in the Memphis, TN area. I later moved to Mississippi and learned how to cook pork rind products. I decided to make it a business and filed as an LLC. My brother and I would cook and sell at festivals and at stores parking lots. My son and my daughter-in-law quit their jobs and moved from Nashville to be a part of Circle (L) Enterprises. Now, we are a family owned and operated business with my son and his wife and my grandchildren as a part of the business.

All our products are homemade from scratch with no preservatives or additives . We custom our products from your specifications. We make them fresh for you. Our pork rind products are cooked using the old fashioned method; that ole black pot. Our jellies/jams are made fresh and our preserves are hand picked from trees in your backyard. Our pears, apples, muscadines, scuppernongs, and peaches are freshly picked by our hands. Our seasoning blends are made from the finest ingredients and processed right here in Mississippi. Our motto: From our table to yours. I learned to cook from my mother. I started cooking at the age of five. Our food is so good, it will make your tongue slap your brains out. Our pies and cakes are all made from scratch not just homemade.

What makes us most proud of producing Genuine MS products?

I grew up in Mississippi. We had an orchard and my father grew everything from row crops to commercial crops. We raised chickens, hogs, and cattle. I love Mississippi. I left for a long time but, I came back home and I am carrying on my father's legacy. I appreciate Genuine MS products because, and in my opinion, they are the best. I have lived all over the world and even in a few places overseas. Mississippi has the best food, the best soil, the best handmade and homemade products in the world.
