Going into 2026, I decided to quit my 9-5 and pursue baking full time. Was it scary? YES! Was it worth it? Most definitely. I wanted to create something to help people, and now I have the opportunity every day to do just that. I bake bread with wholesome, organic ingredients, which gives my community a way to still enjoy the sweetness of life without consuming the harmful glyphosates, preservatives, and chemicals found in store-bought breads today. So why do I bake bread today? I do it so we can all have a healthier tomorrow.

What Makes Our Products Great?

Hello! I'm Natali, owner and operator here at Bake N Bloom. I started my baking business journey when I was 14, and since then I spent a few years attending seasonal farmers markets, filling holiday orders, and baking anything from sandwich bread to birthday cakes for my family. I few years ago, I quit baking to pursue a college degree and a 9-5 job. Eighteen months into what I thought was my dream job, I knew something had to change. I wanted to give back to my community, and baking had helped me do just that years ago. So, going into 2026, I quit my 9-5 to pursue baking full-time. Baking for my family and others, I've always held the same standard of using high-quality, organic, and wholesome ingredients in all of my baked goods. I take White Bread, Cinnamon Rolls, Banana Nut Bread, Lemon Bread, Teacakes, and Molasses Cookies, along with seasonal items (Blueberry Bread, anyone??), to seasonal, local farmers markets, as well as take special orders all year long and during the holiday season (I can't wait for Christmas!) What makes us most proud of producing Genuine MS products?

Through the years, I could not have kept my business going without the love and support from my local Mississippi community. I'm proud to serve them by providing what commercial grocery stores cannot; fresh, locally made baked goods, straight from my kitchen to their home. Every farmers market I attend and event I participate in reminds me of what an honor it is to serve this community.
