Mississippi Agricultural Industry Council
The Mississippi Agricultural Industry Council (MAIC) represents the broad spectrum of the agricultural industry including suppliers such as chemical, seed and fertilizer companies as well as government agencies, educational research entities, growers and ag media. Founded in the early 1960s as the Mississippi Plant Food Council, the MAIC today avidly continues its mission to support and promote Mississippi agriculture.
The Mississippi Agricultural Industry Council represents all segments of the state’s agricultural industry and provides opportunities for education, problem solving and communication to ensure the viability of agriculture at every level.
