Our family has a small farm in Jackson, Mississippi where we raise ADGA Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats, chickens, AKC Great Pyrenees, fruit trees/bushes, and honeybees. Here on our “little farm in the city” we’re on a journey to explore nature’s gifts and live off the land. Our mission is to share our journey and the knowledge we gain while providing resources and products that are free of harmful ingredients. In addition to organic oils and botanicals, we use our farm-fresh goat milk, honey, and beeswax to create safe skincare products including goat milk soap, shea cream, lip balm, and sugar scrub. As part of our holistic approach, we use only plant based or natural ingredients in our products, including therapeutic grade essential oils, and never use artificial ingredients or fragrances. We strive to provide safe products that nurture your body while also being kind to the environment.

What Makes Our Products Great?

We began creating our own skincare products when I became pregnant with our first child in 2015 in an effort to reduce our exposure to harmful chemicals. When thinking about what kind of products we wanted to make, we kept coming back to the idea of “Simply”. Too many companies over-complicate their products, adding countless harmful ingredients that are impossible to pronounce. We knew there was a better way, a simpler way. We looked to nature when meticulously choosing our ingredients: herbs and botanicals, honey and beeswax, plant-based oils and butters, essential oils, and natural colorants. We not only strive to utilize safe, earth-derived ingredients in all of our products, but we try to be as eco-friendly as possible. We avoid using plastic whenever possible, instead opting to use glass, metal, or other re-usable materials. We continually try to source eco-friendly, biodegradable materials for our product packaging and shipping materials.
