Delta Blues Rice is rooted in Southern culinary tradition. We grow and mill our rice on a multi-generational family farm in the Mississippi Delta. Our farm has been operating continuously for over ninety years, and through our rice business we are seeking to share part of our agricultural heritage with our customers. We use only the highest quality seed to grow our rice; the rice we grow in our fields is the rice served on our customers’ plates. Each step in the process from planting to bagging is performed by a family member. We mill to order so that we can provide the freshest rice possible, and we only use one variety of rice so that we can ensure a distinctive (and delicious) flavor and consistent cooking properties. We offer long grain white rice, long grain brown rice, white rice grits, brown rice grits, and jasmine rice.
