We are a small wholesale bakery dedicated to creating products with only the best ingredients found from local organic farms. Our goal is to promote and contribute sustainable efforts, support local organic farms and educate the public on proper food sources; all while providing specialty baked goods.

What Makes Our Products Great?

What sets our product apart from the rest is knowing where each of our ingredients came from, whose hands touched them and how they have come to our hands to make a quality product. Our desire is to support the farmers who have the sustainable goals and organic practices, keeping our ingredient list as local as possible. We have tracked down each item on our ingredient list with diligence, with confidence in not only the product but the processes that made it possible. We come from the restaurant industry, both chefs who wanted to get closer to our food. Now we farm and support those whose goals are the same as ours; protecting and giving back to the planet who continually feed us. We hope that you will support our small business which feeds into the bigger picture of small, sustainable, organic foods you can trust.

What makes us most proud of producing Genuine MS products?

Knowing where our food comes from is one of the most important parts of our humanity, which over the generations has been neglected. I am proud to be producing genuine Mississippi products because I know that with the emphasis on local food we can take one step close to sustainability.

How does buying Genuine MS products make a difference here in Mississippi?

By buying Genuine Mississippi products you're supporting local farmers, crafters, purveyors ect.; this trickles down economically, into your pocket. Feeding your state's economy and reducing the cost of transportation and increasing your nutritional value all at once; not to mention the pollutants necessary to transport many of our goods we find in stores that are not local. More importantly to me is the nutrition you gain by buying local foods. When you support food grown locally your nutritional value and flavors increase astronomically. Isn't that the point of food? To taste good and feed your body, with the vitamins and minerals necessary to achieve our best self? If you agree, I think you would choose to buy local, organically raised products.

Why should people seek out and buy Genuine MS products?

If you are looking to feed yourself with the best food, both in flavor and nutrition, buying local is hands down the way to do it. If you are looking to keep this planet thriving for next generations to come, help reduce pollutants like fuel necessary for transportation, chemicals sprayed on most crops large operations, and getting just one step closer to knowing where your food came from by meeting your farmer; buy LOCAL, ORGANICALLY RAISED foods to help sustain our planet.

Some of our products are seasonal.

We will run year round, but our product depends on the farmers products. For example, carrot cake will be available when local organic farmers have carrots available (sometime in October-January)
